A motivational speech inspires audience members to make a change. If you’re very passionate on a particular subject, audience members will be able to feel your energy. It’s important to plan your speech out in advance, to ensure your message is both clear and appropriate for the audience you’re addressing and to ensure it creates a deep impact.
